The Stillwater Collection
By 1915, several American interpretations of the Arts and Crafts movement had developed, including Gustav Stickley's "Craftsman" designs and "Mission" taking its name from the antiques of California's Spanish missions. Canal Dover has carefully captured the character of these styles, melding them together in Stillwater, our handsome Arts and Crafts collection of bedroom, dining room, and occasional furniture. Crafted from solid cherry or quarter sawn white oak, you may select a finish color to best customize your room setting. Our beautifully grained cherry is offered in a rich Port, mellow Colonial or a clear Natural finish, while the quarter sawn white oak is available in Antique Mission or Rustic Mission, each protected by our durable catalyzed varnish topcoats. Stillwater finishes may be seen at your nearest Canal Dover furniture
retailer.
